BECOMING A MEMBER
How to Apply
Joining the IWCE is a simple process. Fill out an application form and send it our way. We process your application and check eligibility (international resident or returning Dutch resident). Once you've paid the membership fee in full, you're in! You're now welcome to take part in our events and join a Special Interest Group.
Area Representatives
To help members feel at home, we have Area Representatives in each part of the city of Eindhoven and surrounding regions.
An Area Rep is a contact point for the club members in her area. She welcomes the new members, introduces them to the other members in the same area, and invites them to get together. Area Reps can also answer any practical questions a member might have. Once you join the IWCE, you'll get to meet your Area Rep!
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES
Member Fees
Our members' financial support is appreciated, as annual membership fees provide the club with the majority of its income and are used to run the club both for general administrative purposes as well as to fund or subsidise our varied events and activities. Our financial year runs from September 1st to August 31st.
- First-year membership is €65 (€55 + registration fee of €10)
- If joining after February 15th, the cost is €45 (€35 + registration fee of €10)
- Renewal is €55 per year.

Note
Dues are non-refundable. In order to remain a member in good standing, annual fees must be paid before or at the October Monthly Meeting, or a €10 late fee will be charged.
