Operation of the website
The Website with the domain name iwce.nl is operated by the International Women's Club Eindhoven ("IWCE" hereafter), an association with limited liability incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands and registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Eindhoven under number 17166933. The Website is hosted by One.com in Copenhagen/Amsterdam; and created with the website programme "Website Builder Premium" developed by One.com.
Nature of the Website
The Website is solely informative in nature. Nothing in this Website can be construed as an offer of IWCE to perform services for the benefit of users of the Website. Neither can consultation of the Website be construed as an instruction to IWCE to perform services for the benefit of users of the Website.
Security of the website
IWCE This website is cloud-based and operates with SSL and SiteLock, featuring the SiteLock Trust Seal. SSL (Security Sockets Layer) increases security on the website by encrypting the data transfer between the website and its visitors (SSL is indicated by the "https" in the browser's address bar).
The SiteLock security tool performs a daily scan on the Website to detect and report malware and vulnerabilities like SQL injection flaws and cross-site scripting.
Personal data of website visitors
IWCE does not generally know and has no interest in knowing the identity behind the visitors to the Website. The limited use of cookies relates to the hosting company's sole purpose of showing statistics of anonymous visitor data: number of visits by time period, by type of device used and by originating countries.The hosting company and provider is One.com.
IWCE is not aware that third parties collect any data from visitors to the Website. One.com, the company hosting the Website, makes general data available to IWCE, only showing anonymous general statistics on visits to the Website.
Prospective members who wish to use the Application Form
By using the membership Application Form, a prospective member of IWCE gives her consent to IWCE to use this data
for the purpose of processing the membership registration, to maintain membership records and in the case of further questions.
If the applicant becomes as IWCE member, she is asked for her consent about the use of her personal data for the Club's communications purposes whilst she is informed about the IWCE's privacy policy.
Those who wish to return the online Membership Application Form by sending it via the Website do so at their own risk.
Prospective members are advised to use the Membership Application Form and return it to the IWCE online or offline. As stated in the instructions to the Form, using and returning the Form online is at the user's own risk.

IWCE exercises all due care in the selection of information that is offered on the Website.

Whilst under no obligation, IWCE strives to maintain and update the Website continuously.
