Dear IWCE member, if you are interested in participating in the Winter Market 2026, we kindly ask you to complete either the pdf application form and send it to wintermarket@iwce.nl or this online form by September 30th in order to benefit from the reduced participation fee for IWCE members.
Available table sizes are
120x60cm - €35 member rate
140x70cm - €45 member rate
Please also include 3 to 5 high-quality photos of your products (no collages, please) with your application.
To make our Winter Market a successful event, it is very important for us to offer a variety of high-quality handmade products. For this reason, our Winter Market committee will carefully review each application. Please note that priority will be given to our members who apply before September 30th. You will receive an email by early October informing you whether you have been selected.
As part of our club’s tradition, we support a charitable cause, and therefore kindly request that each vendor donates one item to be included in our charity raffle.
